Robears are made, eclusively for you. Each piece is one of a kind. Some of the designs presented here are available for immediate purchase and many have been created with a specific person in mind and live with them. Any design can be recreated in the spirit of the original piece and at the same time, stylized to you.
The artwork on the pages of this website are representative of the style and quality of the work that will be created to your specifications. Prices reflect the amount of time, attention to detail and love that go into the making of each piece.
In the mean time, plans are in the works to make Robears more available and accessible to everyone. More information will be posted as this changes.
Availability
Some Robears pieces are available for immediate purchase. Their avialability is indicated on the web pages. For custom made orders, please consider that it takes about 4 to 6 weeks to complete a piece. Complexity of design will dictate the exact turnaround time - all this will be discussed in the ordering process.
Everything is handmade and unique just for you, so all orders have to start with a conversation. You are welcome to contact me via email or through Robears facebook page.

Payment/Shipping/Return Policy
Payment
Full payment must be received at the time of order. Accepted payments are Money order, personal or business check (subject to verification), MC, Visa and PayPal.
A note about payment... Robears & Company is open to conversations about barter and/or trade for products or services. Have something of value to offer, please let us know.
Shipping
All orders are professionally packed and insured for safe arrival by the UPS Store. However, if an item arrives damaged, I will replace the item(s) at no additional charge to you. Pieces that I already have in stock will be shipped immediately. However, since each piece is different, and is hand made and created one at a time, delivery times will vary depending on production schedules. Every attempt for speedy delivery is made.
Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days for exchange or a gallery credit, less shipping charges. Please note that pieces must be unused and in their original undamaged condition and packaging for full credit. NOTE: Custom orders, once shipped, are non-refundable, unless damaged in transit, in which case the item would be replaced at no charge. You will be sent images of your finished product prior to shipping.
